We were here the day before for batteries. Going home the DEF monitor gave us an alert We came back the next day after work and Brandi the diesel tech worked till after 6pm to change the DEF heater. They kept us in the loop asto what was going on. They got it fixed and got us on our way and no charge. You both made our day. Thank you both

The best car buying experience I’ve had to date. I had the pleasure of having chuck Cohen as my salesman.i spoke with him on the phone before going to see the vehicles I told him I was interested in. I told him what my credit looked like ,what I was trying to do with my trade in vehicle . When everything was said and done I ended up getting the model car I was after only newer and with less miles. I couldn’t be more happy with my Cadillac or my experience. I would like to thank Jeff and the finance guy for staying late to get the deal done. I had to drive down after work, but they made the process quick, easy, and I was in and out quickly. Kenny and Tommy have been nothing but honest, professional and great to work with. Upgraded me from a v6 dodge charger to an SS Chevy Camaro with thousands in upgrades. I have been a customer for years and always been treated fairly whether it be sales or service. Recently I scheduled an oil change and car check up. I was notified at home that my battery was tested and not adequate. It was an added expense,but this save me the stress of being stranded somewhere. Every time I go in for service they check for recalled and apply any savings discount to my bill. They are always prompt,courteous,and honest. Best service department I have dealt with.

I purchased a Dodge Nitro from Ritchey Auto Sales in Port Orange. My salesperson was Libby Gardner. I live two hours away from the dealership and found the vehicle I wanted online. Libby was very prompt to answer my call and answer all of my questions. Due to the distance from the dealership, Libby done all of the legwork for my purchase. When I arrived to test drive, all of my paperwork was correct and explained in detail. I was in and out with my new vehicle in less than an hour. Thanks Libby!

My wife and I recently purchased a new Buick Enclave. This was the second Enclave we have owned and purchased from Richey. Previously we owned a Rendevous that was purchased from Richey. All three vehicles we have bought from Sonny Fussell, our sales person at Richey. My wife and I were able to do some pre-purchase activities at home on our computer and we were able to put the deal together with Sonny. As always Sonny is very knowledgeable and helpful. I brought my 2000 TransAm in for service and to resolve the issue with the non-working left front blinker. The service manager I worked with was very knowledgeable about my vehicle. They were able to perform an interim fix on the turn signal. They also found the same leakage in the right side turn signal. At that point, we discussed options and determined replacing the entire assembly would be the best move. The order was placed and I returned a few days later to have that repair completed. I waited for the vehicle during both visits and was very pleased with the short amount of time required for each repair.
